WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Group of diverse hands stacked together in a gesture of unity.

I work with individuals, teams, and organisations navigating transition - when clarity is needed, identity is shifting, and decisions carry greater weight and consequence.

Transitions rarely announce themselves neatly. They show up as loss of direction, tension in relationships, erosion of confidence, or a sense that old ways of operating no longer fit. My work is grounded in psychology and transition theory, focused on helping people understand what is changing - internally, relationally, and systemically - so they can respond with clarity and create outcomes that genuinely matter.

Across all my work, attention is given to five interconnected dimensions: clarity, identity, relationships, presence, and change. These form the foundation of Transition Intelligence™ (TQ) - the capacity to navigate the 'Two Faces' of change: the vision of what is beginning, and the reality of what is being left behind.

Leadership Identity Coaching & Transitions

Psychologically grounded coaching for leaders and professionals navigating identity, relational complexity, and periods of transition.

This work is for senior and mid-career leaders and professionals experiencing a shift - visible or internal - who want to move forward with integrity rather than performance. Often, the question is not simply what to do next, but how to lead from a place that feels coherent, grounded, and sustainable.

The focus is on asking different questions and expanding perspective in ways that feel both generous and incisive - and right for the individual. I work as a thought partner, creating space to think clearly, feel honestly, and act with intention.

Common contexts include:

  • Leadership or role transitions

  • Loss of confidence, direction, or motivation

  • Identity recalibration: ensuring sense of self remains stable, even when the professional context is in flux

  • Relational or political complexity

  • Rebuilding after burnout, redundancy, relocation, or disruption

  • Leading across cultures or systems

  • Navigating increased responsibility or visibility

My approach offers depth without drama and clarity without cliché. It is a reflective, psychologically precise space to think, feel, recalibrate, and act with respect for personal agency, relational maturity, and long-term alignment.

This work typically focuses on:

  • Leadership identity and coherence

  • Confidence, presence, and authority

  • Relational intelligence and emotional boundaries

  • High-stakes decision-making

  • Pattern recognition and meaning-making

  • Navigating change without self-abandonment: Integrating the both aspects of transition - vision and loss - with integrity

This is the foundation of my practice and the starting point for most individual clients.

Team Facilitation & Alignment

Psychologically informed facilitation that strengthens alignment, communication, and relational capacity during periods of change.

This work brings the same depth used in one-to-one coaching into a team context, particularly where complexity, tension, or transition is present. Engagements are selective and typically time-bound, designed to surface what is unspoken and support teams in moving forward with greater clarity and cohesion.

This may include:

  • Team alignment during organisational change

  • Leadership or global project team kick-offs

  • Facilitated conversations in complex or high-pressure contexts

  • Relational intelligence and leadership presence workshops

  • Cross-cultural communication sessions

  • Values and identity alignment conversations

Connecting individual leadership development with broader team and systemic dynamics, the emphasis is on focused interventions that support clarity, alignment, and forward movement without becoming programme-heavy or process-driven.

Transition Intelligence™ (TQ) Advisory

Short-cycle, high-value advisory work for organisations or senior leaders navigating transformation, culture shifts, or leadership transitions.

This offering, grounded in Transition Intelligence™ (TQ), provides an external, psychologically informed perspective, helping clients see patterns and dynamics they are too close to observe themselves. The focus is less on change methodology (though I am experienced across established approaches) and more on creating the conditions for language, behaviour, and decision-making to take root within the organisation’s culture.

Transition Intelligence™ (TQ)

A structured framework for understanding and navigating complex organisational and leadership transitions, integrating psychological insight with business realities.

The emphasis is on sense-making, clarity, and strategic judgement, rather than implementation ownership or delivery management.

 Typical engagements include:

  • In-flight reviews of change or transformation initiatives

  • Culture and leadership diagnostics

  • Psychological Drag Audits: Identifying where unprocessed loss or 'ambiguous change' is slowing down performance

  • Stakeholder alignment under pressure

  • Narrative and strategic sense-making during change

  • Executive-level “pattern clarity” or sense-check engagements

This work is selective and designed to support clear judgement at critical moments.

How to get started

Most clients begin with an initial conversation to explore context, fit, and what would be most useful at this stage.

From there, we agree a way of working that is thoughtful, focused, and aligned with the transition at hand.
