What I Do

I work with leaders, professionals, and organisations during moments of transition - when something is shifting, old ways of operating no longer fit, decisions feel more complex, or identity and direction are quietly being questioned.

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and change. It creates a grounded, thoughtful space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity, integrity, and presence.

What distinguishes this work is a focus on the internal shift that makes external change possible - how judgement, identity, and relational dynamics shape decisions when the stakes are real.

About my work

I bring together over two decades of international experience in organisational psychology, leadership development, and change with person-centred therapeutic training and a strong coaching foundation.

What shapes my work most is a deep understanding of how transitions unfold both externally and internally, as well as within broader organisational systems. I work with people as whole systems, supporting clarity and forward movement without drama, over-analysis, or performance pressure.
